There is a chance but I wouldn't count on it. CE doesn't do small raises either. He raises large and spends large. He just doesn't seem to care about the dilution, sorry folks. He will then go on to boast about it to Crux, I am actually not joking.
A large raise at these prices will be the final coffin nail for many existing SH so here's really hoping there's something else brewing.
On the flip side, a CR soon might be enough to put himself out of a job after the AGM.
