They weren't his personal shares that were sold, they were shares belonging to a funds management company of which he is a director: SA Capital Funds Management.
Either way, the market is alway negative about shares associated with a director being sold.
I saw a couple of big parcels sold into the queue yesterday. In fact one was for 10mill & another for 5 mill - maybe these. But all were soaked up by buyers, some quite large ... so while one sells, others were very happy to accumulate.
