The price they paid seems fair. It is a huge world class resource. Even Anglo and Xstrata agree with that.

Perhaps they overpaid considering the risk and doubts that have arisen. But how much is in their control?

I blame the DMR for not dotting their I's and crossing their T's in 2006. They left the door ajar for these appeals we are seeing from various companies throughout the country.

Maybe they were only following guidelines, but the guidelines certainly suck and are now be ammended and overhauled.
