I'm finding it very strange that OVT hasn't released the results of their recent attempt to raise capital from exisiting shareholders at $0.004. It will be an interesting case study, as I have never seen a company with minimal cash, attempt to raise capital from exisiting share holders at a 30% plus premium. Will they be successful? I don't anticipate so
