We are all well aware of the pilot study conducted by not the source you mentioned but EURARE. Which is a bit odd really if you claim you have a copy.
This study was conducted on a very small scale pilot plant he could probably fit in a tin shed in your back garden.
This study was also conducted a decade ago. Of course we have not seen any industrial commercial effort since and in fact the resource it was conducted on Has sat unfinanced and desperate for funding for twenty-five years and that study made no difference. So as you can see such a small ineffective and very outdated study is not really very suitable to be drawing your claims from. You'll have to do a lot better than What looks like lab bench scale effort from over 10 years ago to validate your rather inaccurate claims of commercial feasibility
