Good overall presentation.
Nice to have negotiated a change to terms, allowing no up front sale fee.
I have not heard a presentation yet - but it seems the fly in the ointment is the need to transact before FID is made - this means assuming plus $50m liability without having an FID.
On the plus side of that, at least there is no need for a cap raise in order to transact, but one might think that during the period after transaction but before final approvals and FID the $50m liability might constrain the share price.
Happy to hear others thoughts.
