But you forget to mention for Mr. Wang, Base is 360k but he also has a STI and an LTI of 25% and up to 50% plus housing accomodation paid for as he is here on a working visa.
You've quoted Kerr's total compensation which includes bonuses, but quoted Wang's which is just base and not including any performance bonuses. If you are to compare, maybe compare it apples to apples.
