Whats the deal with CTO

Hi,

After the almost delisting of this stock, I just wanted to start a discussion on people's thoughts about this company.

On the surface it clearly looks like it is undervalued (claims of 14 million ounces). Obviously there is a lot of doubts of those resource claims (the grades they use seem absurd) but I'm wondering if that is the main reason people think this company is worthless.

I also understand that the gold would be very expensive to mine and process but even with an AISC double the industry standard. With these gold prices even if a fraction of that 14 million figure is true this company seems viable, at least for more speculative exploration of the ore body. Let alone if the gold price keeps rising.

Is there something I'm not understanding here? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!
