A ramp is in the eyes of the reader.
I think this poster is extremely confident base on the evidence he has in front of him and so his opinion is that this is a sure thing. Again we go back to risk appetite. If he strongly believes hat then that is his prerogative. He has not ramped a the price has not gone either up or down in a substantive way based on his posts so therefore as I said previously long term traders seem to comfortable with their position and awaiting a result from the court.
