Peter has said in a video presentations that they are looking for a project that is at or near shovel ready which Peter added could take 12 months to be productive.
So yes, ROI could be delayed.
However, the appointment of Brett Smith with the coinciding of previous business development comments being scrubbed from the recent QR, and the coincidence of the buyback being stopped . . . I interpret as move over, Brett is now in charge and things will be done Brett's way . . . in other words what has been stated in the QRs and what Peter has been dilly dallying about for years is now out the window.
Brett is a chemical engineer and highly experienced in processing of metals. From what I can gather Brett is a man of action and will get his way. I see Brett as not only a catalyst but also someone who understands what he is doing.
