Nick I am glad you clarified this. I was always wondering why banks never look at properties or ask for multiple valuations when they re-finance of take over a mortgage. Stick to the hotel business and keep drinking that Ouzo stuff. It really enhances your ability to comprehend complex issues. NOT!!
