I hear you, however I'm feeling pretty good about the state of play (the best I've felt since going into a trading halt 3 years ago). While I was initially of the view we would have a buyout (if it was happening) before the court case (to ensure legal proceedings were cancelled) I no longer share that view. That said, a buyout of our stake in the project can come any day & with the Americans indicating that the DRC/American relationship (which also entails the development of key minerals, including lithium) will be signed off in the next couple of months, I'm 99% certain AVZ will be involved. We're part of the puzzle the Americans will want removed & the best & only way to remove us is to provide adequate compensation (as the Americans have also indicated) for us to walk away + cancel legal proceedings against the DRC Govt. Just my opinion.
