I am not sure this has anything to do with builders, regardless of what some may say.

In WA more than one builder used HX more than once. They went back for repeat work. No builder has had the opportunity to use HX on a mass scale because the machines and operators are not present. People here have spoken with the following trades. I have a friend who has also spoken with the following trades, and all feedback has been great.

I have no reason to think that builders who complete brick structure homes, excluding brick veneer, wouldn't use it if they had the opportunity. They just don't have the opportunity as the machines are sitting idle and not ready, the finance for mass manufacturing has not occurred, and FBR has not managed itself financially well or met milestones for many years.

As others have said, the HX should be working day in and day out to help build the appetite, and the other machines should not still be under construction and commissioning. The problem with FBR for me is I believe they have become accustomed are comfortable with not meeting milestones, and I don't see a change coming. I see them already accepting slow progress to come. That is not good business or the mindset of a profitable business.

R&D needs to stop and focus on revenue needs to happen, but it is not. Still tweaking, being the upcoming focus.
