Agree, somewhat. She’s had prospectors on her land before but they didn’t remediate the area to a satisfactory level after leaving (in her view), so if Andre and team can give her some assurance and contractual commitments to ensure her land will be remediated correctly then it might be on. The problem is that TMG have not only exploration in the near term but longer term aspirations for a mine and that’s a whole other issue when compared to just drilling holes when it comes to remediation. Ol’ Beryl or Sheryl or whatever her name might dig her heels in here.
