These are a list of problems with the company.

The number of shares on offer shows the companies horrible management of funds and inability to raise capital other than at the expense of shareholders. This is directly related to the companies financial aptitude and a key measure of success for a company. The more shares on offer the harder it makes it for price to move and get interest in the stock, its pretty unfathomable that I have to point this out.

"top 20 holding price/manipulating stock"

If you had actually been looking at the orderbooks for a significant amount of time like others and I have been. There are buy walls being put up in the orderbooks any time the price is looking to move out of a specific price level - no-one outside of the top 20 is able to come up with the amount of shares needed for that.

Here is the rest of the list just in case you forgot:

Balance sheet is abysmal. If everything is good as you say it is why isn't this reflected in the balance sheet?

No confirmation of sales. Again, we're super bullish right? Point us to a significant contract that has been signed that will translate to real money on the balance sheet?

More cap raises on the horizon. I suppose this is a good thing right according to you?

Significant announcements don't move price at all. All these great announcements about what mem are doing and the SP doesn't move, care to try explain why that is if its so bullish?

Inability to sell felix device. Despite having KOLs give the sign of in several different countries we still are unable to get significant deals signed. Please enlighten me as to why they aren't able to sell the device considering its best in class?
