    Agreed. It seems someone(Chinese?) accumulates shares at that level. They have shares from the frustrated small retail investors. I wouldn't be surprise if we were informed about T/O offer. HEG has great assets and gold in the ground. It's clear that the white knights, with deep pockets, are looking at HEG?s assets.
