If your house value tripled, butthe cost of living and hard assets like gold tripled too...

You’re seeing what most peopledon’t, the hidden bear market nobody talks about.

Your post is a load of rubbish. I've made a fortune out of real estate. I sold my last house for just under $2m more than I paid for it.

If I'd bought gold bars I'd be poverty-stricken. Real estate can be leveraged and people need it.

No one needs gold bars. There's loads of real estate billionaires, but no 'stacking' billionaires I know of.
