1. Compensation amt for the North
2. Fair value for the Southern part
Still sticking with my previous calls on price point.
If KoBold are cashed up for a $1b development, then get ready for a cashed up fair value.
We have all done hard yards here and it's an arduous journey these markets BUT the benefots will be HUGE!!!
