I truly believe that if OZM is to succeed, it needs a new chairman and that new chairman needs to hand pick and appoint a new executive director/CEO who excels on the corporate side and is an absolute dog in protecting the company's interests (including shareholder interests). Beefing up corporate capability (eg financial/capital management, strategy, negotiation, deal making etc) would ensure the company is never put in the same predicament ever again where it is exposed to the bottom feeders. This would also free up the big man to concentrate on the operational side and to do what he does best. AIMHO (DYOR).
