IMEC and Infineon are not partners. They are providing a paid service, for a tech that is within their realm of interest. So stop trying to misrepresent the real relationship.
Also PH clearly talks about licensing. DM then goes onto say acquisition. Which is it. Its more about being aligned and clear on direction, especially in public.
DM needs to go. PH at least appears genuine.
