3 million could possibly cover the advertising / propaganda brigade? Coupla big nights out in fancy hotels? who knows.
The only thing that is a certainty is the money is not for free. (The share price will reflect this). Any drawdown is a a dilution and paid for by the shareholders.
All we can hope is that it goes to a cause that gets our money back with dividends.
