    I can see this going two ways.

    1. He delists, the company folds ,we loose everything and start proceedings to follow Kin.

    2. Lemonsky lists on a SEA exchange and we become a larger shareholder in it. Lemonsky then starts delivering our IP and hopefully gains some interest as SEA seems to be a lot more open to Web 3 Tech.

    We need this meeting asap . if he refuses it then the future is bleak
