It all does not matter if the company is going into administration within a year. There is a next to nil chance of that happening. It would cripple the EMG funds management business. If the present management cant adequately address the present liquidity issues ( and they say they can) EMG would simply install management to procure buyers of the mine assets , pay down in part some the Notes and if necessary put the remaining mines on care and maintenance until conditions improve.
