This is my take as well. In the absence of PEN trading I have been looking at UX1! on tradingview and getting a little optimistic while I wait for the update from PEN. They just need to not come out with something unexpectedly bad, less bad than expected would be good enough at this point to turn the price around in my opinion but I wouldn't be surprised y anything at this point especially with people increasingly sick of waiting and feeling a little trapped.
