Also following on ..I've quoted the following from JID's post above

"Meanwhile, Centerra updated the status of Mongolia's Water and Forest Law, advising that the Mongolian Government is considering revoking all licenses for non-gold mining operations which utilize surface water"


I think it's important to note - we are talking about ground water .. not surface water.
