As per the last update or two, the sale of sites should be more than enough to get us through to Final Investment Decision (FID). The company has been approached by a number of companies for projects for energy and/or data centres. Hence why KDP got TwentySix on board, I'm led to believe that TwentySix are highly regarded in this space and have had recent success in completing deals.
Not sure why Crusoe have not stepped up with a signed PDA for at least one site. But KDP are not sitting back waiting for Crusoe, there are at least a couple of other data centre operators sniffing around our sites.
