The lack of confidence after the hole Neil has left in the company's confidence is evident... The Market does not forgive such failures so easy. Couple with the Mongolia clown show.... and all the stock Neil and Golden Horde still have on EXR.... it makes pretty hard case to any Smart money wanting in atm......
Stuart will need a lot of luck and dexterity to manuever the ship in the right direction....
We also need Neil to totally or partly exit with the Mongolia rotten deal he engineered to make any sense in investing here.
Interesting few days ahead....... be very careful if you are thinking in buy for FOMO right now or for speculation...... it might not cut... its not the time just yet..... good luck
