Was only ever one suitor for nwe surely , a different suitor yes , but not multiple, which is that being discussed here . Min and nwe were in an 80/20 JV and moreover min also owned just shy of 20 PC of nwe stock .giving them effective 84pc JV control and all other suitors locked out .
Agreed min took advantage of a very inflated sp to offer min scrip to nwe holders ... I sold my oppies on market .....needless to say min has cratered since....very suspicious of opportunitistic scrip offers , cash preferred.
