So why does the forum believe OCC hasn't yet attracted institutional investors ???
I've ran OCC past an institution investor I have a relationship with because I am interested in possible investing in the company.
They traditionally like founder led businesses and are significant holders in them including some medical / health type businesses like ProMedicus, Nanasonics, EM Vision.
Their feedback - they have some concerns over lack of differentiation, lack of IP - I thought OCC had IP and on face value have a superior product???
They also have concerns over the business being Perth based - there's a perceived bias and spin that comes from Perth start ups.
They currently prefer others in the space.
Having said all that I am still interested in investing. But lack of institutional investment in the share register is a concern to me.
This isn't an attempt to down ramp. Those that bought at lower prices and still hold good job.
But I ask the fan club - why do you believe this hasn't yet attracted and serious money ?
