    htw down, vcr up 8% off its low. why? "At 46c that's a nice discount for me from the float price.Some very smart people were happy to buy at 50c and nothing has changed but the price"

    just how smart were these "very smart" people? when the current shareprice is below their entry price and appears to be sliding further?
