I fully agree with you that placebos can sometimes be valuable (although would not have anything like a 90% success rate), but they are unpredictable and have no place in the treatment of ailments which have an established treatment mechanism.
I fully disagree with you that any homeopathic medicine works outright. You cannot say that a homeopathic medicine works on animals, babies or unaware humans. You have no evidence. If you can provide some, or indeed evidence that it actually works in a biochemical sense on anyone, may I suggest that you:
a) provide it for our benefit
b) send it to James Randi and claim your US$ 1 million
