Please find an updated SA1 model attached. Some decent changes in assumptions mainly from market research and added cost/revenue streams but feel like this is definitely a more realistic number. Also note for simplicity it still assumes one year of construction and then straight away full year output but you get the vibe.
Sorry also started a new chat as didn't want to annoy everyone on the charting thread with fundamentals so thought this would be the best place now for people to come to with questions on everything and anything re Delorean.
Do note that the debt will be held on the head co balance sheet and they've already confirmed they using some of the facility for other projects so return could be slightly higher based off the debt actually allocated to SA1. Exciting times ahead.
@italabria I wouldn't expect much news flow pre June. They've stated in most recent presentations they trying to get FID for NSW1 by June and due to the potential expansion opportunities with future sites, it seems to me they are focusing on locking that down while chipping away at VIC1 and QLD1. of course they still yet to announce offtake agreements for gas but that's something I'm personally not worried about considering it's still 9 months away from production and happy for them to keep neogtiating with parties and trying to get as high a premium as possible.
Loving all the conversations and input on the company and glad to see it's all constructive and knowledge enhancing compared to a lot of other chats on this forum haha
