And I'm finding it amusing that the incessant 'the end is nigh' crowd are now forced to resort to 'they'll only get this much', 'you're all dreaming' etc etc blah blah blah.
My 2 cents - those who keep saying that ISC/ID is worth nothing are clueless - regardless of whether DRC intends to abide by it or not, it'll be years more wrapped up in legal red tape - years that DRC can't afford to sit and wait - why on earth do you think they were all of a sudden so willing to do a deal with Uncle Sam? Old mate sitting in the president's chair has been sh1tting bricks ever since the rebels started moving closer, Uncle Sam to the rescue there.
in relation to what it's worth vs what the offer might be - I'll bite, taking into consideration all the other thoughts. One would assume it would be at least ATH pricing - therefore no AVZ holder is left out of pocket. I would then trust that the powers that be for AVZ would give due consideration to at least 2 additional things.
1 - future lost earnings by walking away for cash. We all know the potential of the mine, and (hopefully) smarter men than me will be doing those deals, knowing that AVZ holders 'could have' earned in the future.
2 - and this one is not guaranteed because it's business, not Lifeline - adequate compensation for the stress and anxiety that has been caused to holders ever since the corruption started to take hold. There's a lot of retail investors here I suspect who've had dire thoughts about this situation. One only has to look at the poor saps that caved in and sold off market for 1c (or whatever the claim was) to see that there's been a lot of pain.
Finally, prediction of price - who knows, but I'm going to go with $2AUD, simply because it's a number I'll be happy with, taking into account the points above.
disclosure - like most on here, I have no idea what the final outcome will be, just some musings from a small time holder who's feeling much better than they did a week ago. As always, GLTAH - well, except those snakes that took advantage of above poor saps - smallpox for you.

I totally agree with you that we should get somewhat over the ATH price. This should be the goal
of our negotiator so that no shareholders will end up with a loss since the whole shinenigans was
no fault of ours. The counterparties must understand that and be told right off tha bat. If we can
achieve this I will be satisfied. Of course it would be good to have some sort of LT royalty too.
