    Ufortunatley as far as i know they are allowed to do it . Its called free enterprise and capitalism .There is an arguement put forward on the algo thread a while ago that some aspects of this are illegal but you would have to mount a case to find out and unless you have the pockets of a james packer it might be prohibitive this is also a manifestion of free enterprise whereby the wealthy usually buy a form of the justice they want
