They are not forthright with what is happening....that is clearly evident.

AC88 the convertible note is a sword over our proverbial necks....thanks MK and Son.I am not sure what good an upgrade will do with this 'brick wall' in front of any buying.
It would be nice to just here maybe a sentence or two from the company on what is actually going on at Hay Street?
