you believe the DTR share price will continue to rise,
AND...
you are an investor (as opposed to a trader),
THEN I can see no reason why you would hang on to your options. Exercise them and start the CGT clock. I couldn't make the maths come up with any other conclusion (given those 2 parameters being met).
As always, you should do your own maths and come to your own conclusions.
