I don't think it (SmrtGraft) will 'blow Remplir away for earnings', but it is a sorely (pun intended) needed adjunct to tendon surgeries, particularly shoulder, IMO.
For all the bluster from Orthopedic Surgeon on surgeries, those who've followed these threads will be well aware the poor outcomes of rotator cuff tendon surgical repairs. The re-tear rates are worrying and the recovery from surgery is awful. The vast majority of Orthopedic Surgeons pay little attention to their patients after 3 months and yet the repair is still healing at 6-12 months (tendon bone interfaces with Sharpey fibres particularly). An over-simplification, but the return to strong type 1 collagen tensile fibres in tendons from proliferation of type 3 post injury can take six months in even the most basic of injuries and the tendon weak before. We know ATI's and CelGro strengths in combination therein:

(ATI and CelGro(SmrtGraft) combination results)
Its almost impossible to get empirical evidence to show, but I strongly believe the long-term strength and function gains are dependent on the lack of early strain on still healing tendons. I've a few mates who have recovered from shoulder tendon surgery who all have function, but limitations on use - no swimming or surfing for three who hoped to returned to that. Anything that speeds up, amplifies, supports and strengthens the recovery of tendons that are otherwise at risk of inadvertent damage from patients, is going to improve long-term efficacy.
Australian heads many aspects of sports medicine. TGA approval is something, beyond my investment, I have particular high hopes for. At the risk of boring many with my repetitive comments, I do believe a rotator cuff repair augmented with ATI and SmrtGraft would have to be about the best proposition out there for patients who have to have surgery. I wouldn't contemplate it without personally. I am sure there are a few more innovative Australian Surgeons out there keen to combine the two with surgery.
