Looking at the constitution site I can’t see any bore for water, they would also have to build a water treatment plant nearby.
There are no power lines coming into the area I would have thought those two things would have been very early on the agenda.
The lack of news on construction must be quite concerning, holding a phone and uploading even to Twitter is so simple what are they afraid of?
The site could be a quagmire as building in the rainy could be fraught with delays, the silence says it all.
