Maybe because of the convertible loan shit sandwich being served. Looks like Nebari will have access to 230 M shares or so, starting with 50 M shares today (I think?). Not a big dilution (10 %) in the long run but may cause short term pain if sold off given recent volumes of ~5 M shares a day. To be honest, I did overlook this when I bought in before the POS merger.
