Its likely that BS schedule.
- It shows 12mths for GR Eng to do the Black Swan conversion studies....a workscope that should take 6 months at most.
- It shows refurb and conversion work starting when the GR Engg conversion studies have been completed, when procurement of the CIL should have already started/been awarded, and the site works for the CIL should also be starting.
This is the schedule for a BoD/PMT intent on taking their time - for reasons unknown ?
