Could someone please elaborate for me what exactly this means?

Is the US$40mil to create the hydro-grid power generation, or the connection to an existing facility? I understand the end result is a huge economic benefit for the company as well as the region being able to access cheaper, lower-emission energy. I'm just wondering why Faru are buliding it and not us? We get our money back around 2027-2031.

And what would be the final hurdle before we are a goer?

I haven't watched for a while, I got cold feet and sold most of my shares between 12.5 and 17c, held onto $1k and then topped up recently by $2k. Wanting to top up again, just want to get a better understanding, thanks!
