    I have a gut feeling, that this might have to do with this announcement, some 12 months ago.

    I mean, why mention Capital raise, in the Trading halt, when Shenghe will build the plant.

    I guess time will tell and what every happens, at least us share holders, will be Informed.

    Fingers and Toes crossed for a good announcement, for us all long term investors.

    IMHO.
