I've also just watched the webinar. Feeling very confident that the demand is there and the funding is almost in place. We are very close to the end of the long dark tunnel of environmental approvals.
On the delays, it's easy to say now that TLG should be been doing something else, but (a) what? Everything starts with the mine, and (b) in the airline industry, this would be called a "creeping delay", where we all believe the wait is almost over. A reasonable person would not have expected (or planned for) a supreme court judge going on long-term sick leave and leaving his case files hidden under his desk. But here we are. The last approval will come any day now from a very supportive government minister.
On finance, Mark described the funding behind the Strategic Project approval as highly customised and TLG is "very involved", which sounds like the funding packages can be tailored to solve TLG's short-term expense problem. As for CAPEX, Mark sounded like the strategic partner announcement, which will include offtakes, is quite close, and if that doesn't inject immediate funding it will at least boost the SP before the next (small) capital raise.
Overall - very happy with the webinar and holding on for better days ahead. Would change my sentiment to Buy if I wasn't in so deep already.
