thanks for the reponses. But now that there are no outstanding items does anyone have a feel for the processing time. As you have pointed out its pretty meaningless to look at process time sequentially due to differetn complexities BUT once there are no outstadning items then one can comnpare all of them in the queue to analyse the approval time (average) from "no outstanding items" to actual approval.

i guess such data is not available ?
