My intuition says there is progress in planning/deal-making/restructuring within this listing. The share price has become decoupled from the company, and until further announcements are forthcoming, it will remain at this level.

Until announcements clearly demonstrate the progress being made, traders will play the share price for a quick buck on any noise. When they begin to deliver dollars, the steady growth in share price value will occur.

IMO this mob are deal makers..
