All he has to get is a "x metres of Hydrocarbons" or something similar to get a free ride - and all the indicators on the news we have so far is that this is exactly is what he'll get (which is not to say that it will happen). Plus he has the benefit of getting that free hit at the title, like he says. It's very close to gambling - but as a theory its simple and I like it. Whether the market will react in the way he thinks is another thing. It will now be good to see what happens in the coming week.
