I'm not sure of the "fundamental reasons" they would be shorting the stock other than they are not very clued up about what the product is and still confuse it with "competitors" like Avita and are hoping that sales revenue will stall so that Polynovo will be kicked out of the ASX200. I don't think either of those two things will happen.
