I listened to Stuart's presentation this morning after I made that post, and his focus seems to be on Block A development if he can get some additional capital. I'm not sure if he is hoping to develop this in conjunction with Shell, or to force the issue on a sale to Shell of Block A to get capital to develop the other leases. But I like the way he is using the assets EXR has already accumulated, rather than further dilution.
I'm also not sure why DD3 is proposed for the extreme north-west corner of Block A. Is there some signaling to Shell going on there?
