This is more a RAC official question than a personal opinion question so I will answer it under the race account.
The answer is complex in late stage cancer patients. Normally you would look for cancer shrinkage measured between 8 and 12 weeks to measure success, but with late stage patients even keeping the tumour from growing is a good outcome.
It would be best to not focus too much on the patient's tumour and worry more about toxicity and how high we can push up the dose of RC220. If some patients respond that will be fantastic (for patients and all of us), but even if none do this will not be a failure for the trial provided we can establish what is the safe dose. The P1a stage is all about safety.
