    all i can say is accumulate while they are down here, i did the same thing with NEC and CWK and ive done very very well... IMO they wont need capital for a while and getting a sub holder JV will be easy once allocated wiggans 2nd rnd.. i like these quite ones , once HC rampers are on im out...
